Nishizawa is a junmai sake and honkaku shochu specialty store in Azumabashi, Sumida City, Tokyo. Rather than stocking everything, we value face-to-face relationships with breweries and carry only the bottles the owner truly stands behind.

Questions about sake & visiting us

Junmai sake is made from only rice, koji and water, with no added brewing alcohol. It has rich rice umami and depth, and can be enjoyed across a wide range of temperatures, from chilled to warmed.

Of course. The owner will guide you bottle by bottle based on your taste, budget and the food you plan to enjoy. Feel free to ask about gifts and souvenirs too.

We are within walking distance of Asakusa Station and Honjo-Azumabashi Station, and close to Tokyo Skytree. Please call us about parking.

Yes. We offer gift wrapping and noshi (ceremonial wrapping) for celebrations, thank-you gifts and souvenirs.
